Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Once the issue is confirmed, we will process a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for any items unless they are defective or incorrect. This includes sale items, gift cards, and all standard purchases.
Refunds
